About Classora

Classora started with a simple problem: teaching online needs a good board, and most boards are built for meetings, not lessons.

Why we built it

Teachers who teach online need to write equations, draw graphs, mark up a PDF and use a ruler and protractor. Meeting apps give you a basic whiteboard, and drawing apps are heavy and confusing.

Classora is a light board made for teaching. It runs in the browser, saves your lessons on your own device, and works alongside the video-call app you already use.

What we care about

  • Light: it should open fast and run on an ordinary laptop.
  • Simple: a teacher should start writing in seconds.
  • Private: lessons stay on the teacher's device. We do not run ads or tracking.
  • Free to start: teachers can use it today without paying or signing up.

Where it works

Classora works in Chrome, Edge and Safari on laptops and tablets. The install page shows how to add it to your home screen.
